Description
The Islands Center site boasts one of the most beautiful settings in all of the Islands, with it walking trails in full bloom with wildflowers and fauna, to rolling grassy knolls, to a shimmering lakefront beach where water toys abound. This venue surpasses then the most pristine bays along the shores of Lake Champlain in the summer. The Herrmann’s are a wonderful welcome attraction each summer to the Islands Center.
Here at the Islands Center you will find the home of the Herrmann’s Lipizzan Stallions of Austria. From Memorial Day to Labor Day the stallions perform their amazing show for the public. Thousands loyal fans and newcomers attend to this annual event each summer. An added convenience to presenters is on-line ticket sales for events held at the site.
Island residents and visitors can enjoy lakeside musical and theatrical performances, fair and craft shows. The facility is perfect for weddings, parties, special events. Snow enthusiasts can enjoy our community skating rink during the winter months.
