The International Technology Research Institute, Inc. (dba ITRI, Inc. or ITRI2) is a small business S-corporation chartered in Delaware, and registered to do business in Pennsylvania. It is a spin-off of Loyola College to provide research services to the Federal Government. It originated in 1989 as a unit of Loyola College with about $500,000 per year of grants and contracts.
