  • We have answered/handled all queries and complaints on IRC from 16-31 October 2007, with the intention of building relationships with the folks asking questions.
  • summaries are posted here and/or transcripts posted in the Community Staff Log

Plan for the next two weeks

  • We can make good use of the 12 hour difference of working hours between our offices and make sure that few people from the community team are always on IRC channel for community service.
