IPR Watch LLC was recently founded as a direct consequence to the growing problem in lack of resources, serious efforts, and knowledge of the professional enforcement bodies addressing counterfeit, forgery, look-alikes, and illegal copying in the Lebanese market.
The main reason for establishing IPR Watch was the need for a functional framework to address IPR issues and to investigate the manufacture and sale of counterfeit products and goods in a structured, strategic, and coordinated manner in order to protect Right owners by combining investigation capabilities with legal experience.
IPR Watch aims to minimize the presence and availability of counterfeit products and merchandise that its clients manufacture, produce, distribute, and sell.
This task is achieved by a dedicated team of multi-experienced professionals specialized in anti-counterfeiting, trademark investigation, copyright infringement, market research and survey. The team members are highly experienced, well trained investigators, and professional researchers. They conduct their tasks in an ethical and efficient fashion, each in his/her respective field. They provide clients with professional, rapid, timely, reliable, efficient, discrete and applicable solutions. All communications, discussions, and correspondence are highly confidential.

II. Purpose, Strategy, and Plan of Action
IPR Watch aims to mobilize efforts to protect consumers and corporations, and safeguard public interest and customer concern from fraudulent counterfeiters, traders, distributors and all entities related to this illegal and criminal deception.
By organizing and boosting cooperation between producers, manufacturers, corporations and governmental bodies responsible for safeguarding the interest of their citizenry, IPR Watch will act as the watchful intermediary to survey, secure proof, coordinate and mobilize the efforts of all the concerned parties to achieve their stated aims and goals.
IPR-Watch will endeavor to standardize the importance of trade awareness, consumer confidence and IPR protection, by defending IPR issues and stemming the flow of counterfeit goods and collaborating with local authorities when necessary. Needless to say, all duties and tasks will be conducted in the utmost professionalism and ethical standards while upholding Business Corporate Principles and other policies and guidelines in executing services.
