- Horological Restoration Centre Pte Ltd (HRC) was founded by Mr. Kasey Poh way back in 1998 with the aim of providing higher standard in the field of watch repair and servicing. Prior to the birth of HRC, in 1993, Kasey was an apprentice with Bharath & Watch Co. where his teacher Mr. Bhagavan (having a Master Watchmaker title) was a highly respected and well known figure in WOSTEP. Having spent about 5 years with Bharath & Watch Co., and having acquired the necessary skills needed, Kasey knew that it was time he had to upgrade his watchmaking skills and knowledge to the ultimate level. After much hesitation about leaving his family and friends behind to pursue his passion in learning watchmaking, he flew off to Watchmaker of Switzerland Training & Educational Program (WOSTEP), Neuchatel Switzerland.
