Trotwood issues 7.5% wage reduction and furloughs up to 80 hours for 40 hrs a week employees and up to 112 hours for 24/48 hour employees, City Manager announced Friday July 24th. Mike Lucking (City Manager) held a meeting with all city Non-Union employees and made the announcement. The city's budget is expecting a $557,000.00 deficit and the only resolution is to make salary reduction and furloughs from August 1st through December 31st.
