Earlier this year, ILM undertook a major customer satisfaction survey to find out what centres think about ILM. We were delighted that 8 out of 10 customers rate our qualifications highly. We would have liked areas such as quick turnaround of queries and keeping our promises to be more highly rated. We're now working hard to ensure these areas move up the satisfaction index.
