Founded in 1971 as Soil Machine Dynamics Ltd, SMD Hydrovision is a privately owned engineering company based in the North East of England specialising in the design and manufacture of complex engineering systems which involve a multi-discipline approach. With a combined experience of nearly 50 years, SMD Hydrovison provides subsea vehicles to the energy (oil & gas and renewable), cabling, mining and military industries.
