Hummingbird Property Services was established in 2003 by Cathie Parnell. Cathie aims to bring a fresh approach to all areas of Property Management, and with her extensive marketing experience she can advise on how best to market properties and find the most suitable tenants. All properties under the care of Hummingbird Property Services receive maximum exposure to attract the right tenant.
Hummingbird Property Services currently manage a number of small apartment blocks and multi-unit developments. Hummingbird Property Services uses an on-site approach to property management with regular visits to all properties managed by them.
