Hulen Bend Estates is a wonderful neighborhood located in Southwest Fort Worth. It consists of both Perry Homes and David Weekley Homes that are known for their quality and craftsmanship along with very innovative floor plans. It is a master-planned community at its best with a park-like setting. Beautifully landscaped common areas and well-planned streets lend themselves to evening strolls.
It is a terrific neighborhood for children since it has a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, a baby pool, a sand volleyball court, a gated playground, and an on-site elementary school that is within walking distance and that has crossing guards available to increase safety. Oakmont Elementary - kindergarten through 6th grade - is part of the highly-rated Crowley Independent School District, and Oakmont has been rated Exemplary for three years of its four-year history. LeBlanc Park is in close proximity, and this offers a playground, a walking trail, soccer fields, and tennis courts.
