He has been in commercial real estate since 1983, but since joining the firm deals exclusively with listing and selling hotels and motels valued up to $50,000,000 and ranging from over 375 unit full service to the small limited service franchised hotels. Niehaus represents sellers in conventional sales as well as lender-owned transactions for banks and institutions.
