My love for bicycles started in the BMX hayday when Powerlite, JMC, Torker, and P.K. Ripper ruled the track. At the age of 16 I landed my first summer job wrenching at Eddie's Bicycles (formerly John's Derailleurs). In 1987 I built my first frame, a Cannondale / Mountain Goat inspired 24-26 fillet brazed steel frame. In 1990 I worked as a frame builder in Central PA for a small frame builder as I went to school for a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
