About Us

HRH Business Payrolls was formed in 1970 by three Business Solution executives, who had spent their early years working for one of the foremost American computer companies. Their experience covered many areas of Commerce, such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, the Service Sector, Local Government, Education and Hopsital Management, and many others. Invariably payroll was an integral part of the Business Solution required.

Thus, when HRH was established in 1970 as a Software House, Payroll Software was an automatic option. Indeed it did not take long for HRH to become recognised as a leading provider of payroll solutions. However, as more and more companies began to computerise their procedures by installing in-house computer systems, many realised that in-house payroll systems have inherent disadvantages. Software is costly, software maintenance is also costly; an increasing level of operating expertise was required because of more complex legislation, and keeping employees' personal details confidential became more and more difficult. Recognising these drawbacks, many companies chose to outsource their payroll processing to specialist Payroll Bureaux. Not wishing to miss out on this trend, HRH established its own Payroll Processing Service in 1974.
