Barry Stebbing has been an artist his entire life. He attended Maryland Institute of Art as a painting major and received his degree in art education from Salisbury University. Graduate studies were done in Cortona, Italy with the University of Georgia, along with portrait painting in Montreal. Mr. Stebbing spent many years teaching art in the public school system, along with teaching adult education and painting workshops.
