Hotchilli has over 7 years experience in building, managing and running computer networks. We have provided network services for clients such as The Ford Motor Company, the Essex Health Authority and 5 other major UK based Internet Service Providers (ISPs). We were one of the first ISPs in the UK to provide a mixture of hosting solutions based on different platforms (such as Linux, Windows, Cold Fusion, etc) and one of the first ISPs in the UK to provide bespoke packages to Virtual Internet Service Providers (VISPs) and Resellers. The directors, managers and most of the staff at Hotchilli have been cutting their teeth on the Internet since it's conception and have a vast wealth of expertise and experience in the Internet industry.

Idon't think so

I think if you actually try to get through to them when you need to they are never available.

We have several problems needing urgent attention and could not get a director to come to the phone.

Spot On!

We're in the exact same situation and are considering legal action to transfer our domains and hosting.

Stay away!

These guys are terrible: 1. Not only do they seem much more expensive than similar services IMO 2. Their Service Centre is completely useless and is rarely able to resolve any problem 3. When you actually speak to someone at their office rather than the call centre they promise to sort your problem out imediately and then ignore you.
