- Julie Ford Musselman has been an event planner since 1995. A 1991 graduate of the University of Georgia, her goal was always to own her own business. During her tenure as Executive Director of the Hilton Head Hospitality Association, Julie was able to fine-tune her event planning and marketing skills. After getting married and moving back to her hometown of Savannah, it seemed a natural progression to open Hostess City Celebrations in 2000. Over the years, Julie has planned major fundraising events and social affairs all over the low country. She has also had the pleasure of assisting over 100 couples with plans for their weddings.
