HostWorks Inc. will work closely with your company's management in charge of this project to examine these details.
The purpose of this stage is to learn exactly what takes place with your current support. In this phase, HostWorks Inc., together with your project manager, will research on the exact process required to implement the new support solution. We will fully document the requirements, and design a recommendation on various proposed solutions. At the end of this phase, HostWorks Inc will present the Functional Specifications for your review.
