Our company Hoskins Wallace Pty Ltd was founded by John Wallace in Donvale in 1962. The Doncaster, Nunawading and Ringwood areas were rapidly developing at this time with orchards making way for new homes, schools and roads.
The business grew rapidly as the leading estate agency in its field and in fact had a number of branch offices including Lilydale and Kew. Many of the connections and friendships made with major subdividers and first home buyers alike, still remain today and the Company’s strength in both land and established home sales owes much to these early foundations.
John Hoskins became Director at Donvale in 1993, and in April 2001, opened an office in Croydon. This has already proven to be an extremely positive step with a definite connection between these 2 geographic locations enhanced by 2 completely interlocking networked offices.
