- Welcome to Hoopaa Inc. and thanks for visiting us. I have been working with children and educational related products and services for over 20 years. I understand that the Internet has now become an important tool for the continuing development of our children. In this day and age, our children often require access to the Internet on a daily basis for everything from homework assignments to chatting and communicating with friends. However, in reality the Internet is also a very dangerous place - the authorities tell us that there can be as many as 50,000 unsavory individuals on-line at any time; predators, bullies and even pedophiles. With this is mind, a group of concerned parents and I created a family-oriented software application we call hoopaa - available to everyone at absolutely no cost!
