Risking safety and life itself to a cause greater than oneself is the ultimate selfless sacrifice. Millions have lost their lives around the world for centuries, and many more have suffered pains and injury of all kinds – physical, emotional and spiritual.
- Veterans of wars have continued to suffer greatly over the last several generations like their brethren throughout history. Their families, loved ones, friends and colleagues have also shared in their tragic loss and suffering.

Honor Our Veterans has been created as a meetingplace to provide information and support to veterans, and to also support our Forces and their families and friends. Members of this community have the resources to write tributes to honor the memory of veterans and also an avenue for all to give accounts of their experiences, past and present, via living story pages, Blogs, site articles and a support forum.
