Hong Kong Express Airways Limited (formerly Helicopters Hong Kong Limited) was registered in Hong Kong. It was the seventh Air Operators Certificate (AOC) granted in the past 50 years by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department.
HKE entered into partnership with East Asia Airlines Limited to provide regular helicopter services between Hong Kong and Macau. A strong foundation was established to foster further business development.
