Homeward Trails Animal Rescue finds adoptive homes in the Washington, DC metro area for dogs and cats from high-kill shelters or whose owners can no longer care for them. Based in Arlington, VA, we work with a network of pet foster parents and other volunteers throughout the greater DC area.
