About Doug
Doug McDonald is a top producing RE/MAX Realtor in Vancouver BC. Born in Edmonton, Alberta in 1959, Doug spend most of his growing up years in the west end and south side of the city. His Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture resulted from a five year stint at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, and once back in Canada, prepared him for positions in architectural and design firms before establishing his own successful practice. In 1989, the west coast beckoned, and after two years in Victoria where he became a licensed realtor, Doug relocated to Vancouver to expand his horizons. First with Dexter Properties, and then onto RE/MAX , he has enjoyed the rewards of hard work and determination as one of the Lower Mainland's top realtors. When not making deals, Doug enjoys condo living in the West End and varied interests that include people, dogs, cars, cooking, film, theatre and travel.
