Shipping is usually initiated within 3-7 business days of the receipt of a completed order (one in which the payment has been made or credit approved, any shipping or installation quotations acknowledged and approved and no outstanding questions or issues unresolved). Special orders will require an additional 4-6 weeks to arrange. Shipping times depend on the relative distances from the various shipping points to you as well as which carrier is being used and can be quite variable, but usually less that 7 business days.

All items are sent F.O.B. shipping point. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged parts. Please do not refuse delivery for damaged goods. Refusal of delivery will cause substantial delays in fixing the problem. Instead, accept delivery and sign the receipt given to you by the driver and note the damage on the receipt. Damage does NOT constitute grounds for refusal of the product. On the ready-to-assemble products (from Bestar, O’Sullivan, or Sauder) replacement parts are readily available. Please call or email us and we’ll have the replacement parts sent out promptly.
