HomeFeedback provides the first solution to a chronic problem among real estate agents and their clients: When a home has been shown to prospective buyers but no offers have been made to purchase that home, both the sellers and the sellers' real estate agent become frustrated and anxious to find out why. Often, the sellers pressure their real estate agent to get feedback from prospective buyers who chose not to purchase their home. Anxious to please the clients and obtain information that could help sell that property, a seller's real estate agent will then make frantic phone calls to the buyers' real estate agents who showed the home.
But, real estate agents know that time is money. And buyers' real estate agents would rather be out showing property than providing lengthy feedback to another real estate agent about a home their client doesn't even want. Thus, real estate agents often don't get the important feedback that will help their clients sell their home faster and for a higher price. - Showings are entered into the system via electronic lockbox or entered manually.
- HomeFeedback follows up with 3 feedback request emails spaced 3 days apart.
- The showing agent fills out the feedback questionnaire.
- Feedback is automatically sent to both you and your seller(s).
