Home Assist Medical Equipment was started as a part of the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. We have been next door to them on South Main Street since 1997 and continue to be business partners. Due to our continued growth Home Assist has now moved to a new 7,000 square foot location at 609 Lauchwood Drive. We are right down from Scotland Memorial Hospital at the corner of Johns Rd and Lauchwood Dr.
Home care has become a major part of the healing process. After surgery, many patients require equipment for rehabilitation. Others require home oxygen for respiratory illnesses.
Home Assist Medical Equipment makes it possible to obtain the items you need quickly and when you want them. In cooperation with your physician and any other home care provider, we will deliver and set up the equipment you need for your particular situation. We will see that any needed paperwork is completed and we will file claims with your insurance carrier. In most cases, we won't bill you until your insurance has made all applicable payments.
