The Holst Group, established in 1982, is based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. As exclusive European distributor for psychometric assessment tool The McQuaig System™, we have developed a wide range of experience. Clients range from SMEs to household names such as Hilton, Whitbread and RAC Auto Windscreens.
As the organisation grew, we added to our base expertise of Psychometric Assessment. In 1994 we were chosen to become the European Distributor for Dr Edward de Bono. This partnership with the world’s leading Expert in Creativity & Thinking Skills has evolved and laid creative foundation for organisations as diverse as BT, The Civil Service and Channel 4 Television.
In 2000 we were chosen as a Strategic European Partner for McLuhan & Davies for their range of communication skills training products - Think on Your Feet® & Writing Dynamics™. Teams at Ernst & Young, The Salvation Army and O2 have all grown in their ability to communicate effectively and have benefited from these skills.
