Title
Holiday Manor Fishing Lodge
Description
This lake provides some of the finest fishing in the Rideau Area with an abundance of pike, large mouth and small mouth bass, lake trout and a variety of pan fish.
The lodge was originally built circa 1840, as a house for an empire loyalist, his family and hired hands. Our records indicate that the building has been used as a fishing lodge since 1912. Our family has owned and operated the lodge since 1973. We operate a quaint, old fashion lodge with all modern conveniences, spotlessly clean, catering to sportsmen, their wives and families. The lodge can accommodate forty-one people.
Inside, you will find a spacious, well-furnished lounge complete with satellite television. The games room includes card tables and board games for your enjoyment anytime. Our comfortably furnished bedrooms contain clean, old fashion beds, dressers, and night tables. There are three suites which contain private washroom facilities; all other rooms must use centrally located indoor washrooms.
