We will always replace or refund faulty goods bought through Holborn books Ltd. within 6 months on production of proof of purchase.
Cancelled Orders may be exchanged or refunded within 14 working days from the Customer's receipt of goods, subject to their return in perfect re-saleable condition, production of Holborn Books Ltd. till receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, and any accompanying disk or CD Rom wallet being unopened, in accordance with the publishers copyright.
