Der Verein Die Hobby-Eisenbahner wurde am 23. April 1980 in Rheda-Wiedenbrück gegründet.
The association Die Hobby-Eisenbahner was founded on April, 23rd 1980 in the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück.
Seit April 1994 hat er sein Vereinsheim im Zentrum des Freizeitparks Flora Westfalica direkt neben dem Reethus, der Stadthalle von Rheda-Wiedenbrück.
Since April 1994 the residence is located in the center of the recreational park Flora Westfalica directly at the Reethus, the city hall of Rheda-Wiedenbrück.
Die Modellbahn Ausstellung ist vom 1. Mai bis zum 30. September geöffnet. Der Eintritt in die Ausstellung ist frei. Die Besucher können über einen Automaten die Züge selbst in Betrieb nehmen.
The exhibition is open from May, 1st to Sep, 30th. There is no entry fee. Visitors can start the trains by themselves.
Jeweils Sonntags Nachmittags ist in dieser Zeit auch jemand vor Ort, der Ihnen ihre Fragen zur Modellbahn und zu unserem Verein beantworten kann.
On Sunday afternoons, somebody will be present, to answer your questions about modell railroading and our group.
