High-Forest Partners, LLC is a small New England Timberland Investment and Management Organization. We own our own land and manage land for clients in New England and New York State. Our consulting division is headed by Chief Forester Paul Mulcahey. Paul has over 20 years experience, and is licensed to practice forestry in New Hampshire. Considering the nature of people and their unique reasons for owning forestland, owners can have quite different objectives. That's where we come in. We can help you determine an achievable, realistic course of action given your objectives for your land. Some of our clients focus solely on timber, wildlife, or recreation; some simply want to maintain their special "current use" tax status. We have clients that only want to find out the volume and value of their forest. And we have one client with a special "outdoor" international camp for students from other nations who wanted to make more of his woodland accessible to his students. The goals of the landowner are limitless.
We also help clients find what they are looking for. Many of our clients have come to us wanting to acquire forestland with certain specific, special attributes. We then help them find and acquire what they envision.
