- Hasbrouck Heights Little League (HHLL) exists under a charter granted by Little League Baseball, Inc. (LLB). The league is bound by the Rules and Regulations of LLB and By-Laws that are approved by the members and filed with LLB. The governing body is a thirteen member board elected in September and serving until the following September. The voting body consists of current board members and managers. Coaches may vote if they have attended 4 or more of the monthly meetings in the prior year. The Board consists of a President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer and Coordinators for each of the four Leagues. Financial records are maintained and an audited statement is produced yearly and filed with appropriate authorities.
