This website was originally developed as a "proof of concept". We wanted to show that the creation of an uncensored community news website that was not affiliated with any third party, with the ability to leave comments and with a community forum, at reasonable cost, was possible. We'd now like to make it happen for the residents and ratepayers of the Hepburn Shire. Now that the website has been set up, we'd like to make use of it.
