Description
Donor funds are wired to their bank. Two signatories withdraw the money. A budget is created and followed. A known supervisor manages construction with the village elder, pastor, or teacher.
The structures are simple pole buildings with tin sheet roofs and concrete floors with homemade walls. We spend less on the building so that money can be used to make the school a success.
We pay someone to supervise the job instead of expecting a volunteer pastor to somehow manage the construction. This is a common point of failure too.
