Helmuth family sausage is a family operated business, owned and managed by two cousins Jeff and Gerald Helmuth. We are located at the Country Corner in Kerman, a small agricultural town in the county of Fresno, California. As the fourth generation of the German Russian decent, Jeff and Gerald took over the strong heritage of sausage making as the old-timers have long vanished. In 1997 Helmuth Family Sausage opened for business, with German sausage as their specialty. They now carry many gourmet sausages in eleven varieties, using the finest cuts of beef, pork, and chicken with the freshest ingredients. There are no preservatives, additives, or fillers which gives the high standard quality and taste that Jeff and Gerald have achieved. And in March of this year they did achieve by winning a state champion award for their Italian sausage in a competition of the California Association Of Meat Processors Convention. As a small company, Jeff and Gerald can insure customer service and consistency in their sausage and providing you with any assistance for your special occasion or event.
