The Heart Care Center was founded in 1995 by Russell Silverman, M.D., F.A.C.C. To serve Central New York, we have an office located in the CNY Family Care Medical Center in East Syracuse, New York. The Heart Care Center's goal is to create an open, patient-oriented environment. Our office is crafted with the intention to foster an informed patient-provider relationship.
