Healthful Touch was founded by Becket Olson, a graduate of Sister Rosalind Gefre's School of Professional Massage. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, (N.C.T.M.B.) Certified by the American Reflexology Certification Board (A.R.C.B.) and is a member of the Associated Bodywork Massage Professionals (A.B.M.P.) She has been a body work professional since 1993.

The skillful application of pressure to specific points in the feet, based on the premise that the whole body is mapped on the feet. In other words, every organ, muscle, gland and body part is reflected on the feet. By inducing deep relaxation and increasing circulation, the body is allowed to heal itself and find balance again.
