When HealthPlan Services (HPS) was founded more than 32 years ago, we offered a handful of traditional indemnity medical plans to small groups. But as our industry grew and changed, so did HPS. We now offer plans to individuals and groups in most states. Over three decades of experience with benefit plans have given us the expertise to help our agent, individual, employer and employee customers understand the complexities of health insurance and make sound, educated decisions.
In that time, HPS joined forces with American Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc. (ABPA) and Montgomery Management Corporation to make up the nation's largest independent business processing outsourcing company, HealthPlan Holdings .
