Horrible Customer Service
The concept and the website are excellent. If everything works, great! If not, you are stuck. Got a test ordered and done. Few months later I received a bill from the lab. Referred it to Healthcheckusa and they said that they will "take care of it". A few months go by. Received another bill from lab saying that the account is going for collection! Customer service calls go to voicemail. Finally got hold of someone named Sally and she asked me to call back after a week and was very rude!
