I am Kevin (Tut) Kennedy-Spaien, Webmaster and Editor. I am a longtime professional Geek and busybody. My Editorial Assistant/Consulting Editor is Eve Kennedy-Spaien, who is an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) well known in the field of Pain Management, as well as my wife. Health-Hack.com (HHDC) is the flagship of the HHDC Health Blog Network, and a part of the Disc Of Light Publishing Group, which primarily consists of Eve, myself, and a few other kind souls whose help has been invaluable. We accept no money from manufacturers in exchange for product or service reviews. We have partnered (in a small way) with advertisers such as Google and Amazon as a means of defraying hosting costs.
I am a regular reader (and occasional poster) at Slashdot, DigitalPoint, and the Sci-Fi board at Trek BBS. Additionally, I have toured the continental US as a professional musician with the groups Hypnotic Clambake and Father Complex. I attended the Berklee College of Music, where I majored in film-scoring and synthesis, and at UMASS Boston, where I majored in Classical language and literature.
Eve specializes in the fields of Pain Management, Complementary Medicine and Women’s Health, and has over 15 years experience. She majored in OT at Boston University, and has served as a board member of the New England Pain Association (NEPA). She plays a mean Kingdom of Loathing, too.
