Since it's establishment in 1992, Headwear Manufacturers Limited has undergone a metamorphosis to become a joint venture company with its management and sales office in Hong Kong and its factory in northern China, with a workforce of over 8,000 people.
The total production capacity now approaches 100,000,000 caps per year. Embroidery and screenprinting are done in-house, while other special logo applications, such as PVC and embroidered badges, woven labels, sonic welding, etc are produced by our long-time partner companies.
To produce among the best quality caps made in China, we start with quality materials and fabrics and complete process with a multi-step quality control system.
