Malcolm & Barry started Heacham On Line in March 2001 as a hobby, and ran the website until December 2004, when they decided it was getting to be more than a 'hobby'.
The website from this date was purchased by Stella Gooch of The Wheatsheaf Inn Heacham who also purchased the new domain name www.heacham-on-line.co.uk
On Tuesday 11th February 2003 it was reported in the Lynn News that our website had reached our first 50,000 'hits' . This is the second time the Lynn News has given us a good write up, the article is re-produced below, and further down the page is the first report which was on Friday 27th July 2001 when the website was 4 months old.
