HCNI has been instrumental in addressing crime problems, working on neighborhood projects and creating partnerships with schools, churches, businesses, and other community organizations to enhance the community.
HCNI communicates with city officials, property owners, the business community, the media, and others on behalf of members regarding issues such as parking, nuisance properties, trash problems, and illegal renovations and construction.
