Description
All Committee Members are Trustees of the Charity, Directors of the Limited Company, and the only legal members of the Company. Committee Members are elected each year by the Associate Members.
Associate members are our ‘membership’ – although not legal members of the Limited Company. It is for these that the Foundation exists. Family Associates elect up to 7 Family Committee Members, and Friends Associates elect up to 2 Friends Committee Members.
