Marc Hazen, Owner Marc has worked his way up through the ranks in the underground utility business. In the early nineteen nineties, Marc worked on his first utility crew as a pipe installer. During the past 15 years, Marc gained the necessary knowledge to become a superintendent for a major utility contractor. In 2001 Marc acquired his utility license to start Hazen Construction.
