Hawkeye Football Fans NFP is a 501 ( c ) 3 not-for-profit organization. Our home office and technology center is located in Sterling, Illinois. Hawkeye Football Fans NFP has collaborated with our website development company Prep Sports Inc. who designed, built and hosts www.HawkeyeFootballFans.com. Created by die hard, long term Iowa Football Fans, this website was created and built to honor and recognize all Hawkeye Football Fans and the team they are so passionate about. This is NOT just another Black and Gold website that provides news, a roster, schedule and a few pictures. It is much more.
Our website designers and technology personnel have spent the past two years developing this interactive website so Hawkeye fans can not only view great content, but also have a place to connect, share and call their own. For the first time ever, Hawkeye fans will have the opportunity to be seen and heard by sharing their ideas, thoughts, feelings and experiences. Each fan has the opportunity to create their own Hawkeye Fan Profile; they can write a story or send pictures and video clips which will be posted on the website. Most importantly all Hawkeye Fans can now be identified and officially recognized as Hawkeye Football Fans. Hawkeye Fans know the names and faces of the people who make up the team. Now the team will see the names and faces of their fans.
Access to picture galleries, streaming video highlights and interviews, stories and articles are all free. HawkeyeFootballFans.com was NOT created to make money by charging fans a fee for access to the websites content. The goal was to create a place where Hawkeye Football Fans can go to enjoy pictures, video and audio clips along with stories and articles that we provide as we cover the Hawkeyes throughout the year. That is just the beginning! HawkeyeFootballFans.com is also the place where Hawkeye Football Fans can be registered and be officially recognized. Where fans can not only view but also share photos, video and audio clips with each other. Where fans can write and share their Hawkeye Football experiences through their articles and stories. The ultimate goal of HawkeyeFootballFans.com is to bring the fans, the team and each other into a more intimate relationship. The fans usually know who the members are of the Iowa Football Team. They know the names, history, hometowns and anything else they can find out about the young men and the staff that make up the team. HawkeyeFootballFans.com provides the team, coaches and staff the opportunity to get to know the fans along with the fans getting to know and learn more about each other.
