Harvest serves dinner Monday through Thursday at 5:30 p.m., and at 5:00 on Friday and Saturday with themed dinners served one Sunday per month. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card. Reservations are not required, but strongly recommended. We do not accept reservations via e-mail. Tami Lax left her position as operations director for a wisconsin-owned retail chain to pursue cooking. She worked as L'etoile's chef de cuisine and forager. Lax also founded the Madison chapter of Slow Food, and serves as the co-chair of the U.S. Slow Food ARK Committee.
