Tom has specialized in Office and Business Park Property leasing and tenant representation over the past fifteen years. Prior to joining the company Posavec was a sales/leasing associate with a local commercial real estate firm where he served for three years. Posavec holds a finance degree from Penn State University. Posavec has extensive experience representing companies in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of Office and Business Park Properties. In addition, he advises firms on site selection and location analysis. He has represented major national and international companies and has helped secure locations for several hundred Central Pennsylvania based companies.
Jeremy has been an integral part of the group for the past seven (7) years. Since 1997 Shyk partnered with Tom Posavec and has specialized in Office, Business Park and Investment Properties in the Mid State. He has assisted several hundred local, regional and international firms in securing locations in the central Pennsylvania region.
