- Dorothy has been practicing various styles of yoga since 1990 and has been teaching for the past 6 years. She is currently enrolled in the Advanced Teacher Training Program with Master Yoga. She is certified at the 500 hour level with Master Yoga and is a Certified Embodiment® Therapist, a healing modality that enhances the benefits of Svaroopa® Yoga. She studied at Integral Yoga Institute in Virginia and is certified at the 200 hour level. She is registered with Yoga Alliance. Dorothy practiced Zen Meditation for over 10 years and was a resident of Providence Zen Center for three years.
