About Harbor NorthHarbor North began life in 1972 at Battery Park Marina in Sandusky, Ohio, when Carolyn Roberts, "Mom," started the business as a broker selling used sailboats. Gradually, a store, sailing school, charter program, and new boat sales and service were added. In 1977 the facility in Huron became home.Today, Harbor North is a complete boating facility with over 300 docks with power and potable water, a rack storage facility, haul in and out capability for boats to 30,000 lbs.,
